Vorlage:UmbruchErmöglichen

Enables for long strings, esp. URLs, to wrap the text at the point of "_", "/", "=" and "." into a new line. Two parameters:

• url or URL: e.g. http://...
• text or Text: free form text. May be used alone, or together with url/URL (then as display text of the hyperlink)
